Centered Arc Theory™

At DRE Racing we design all our rocker arm systems using Centered Arc Theory™.   Centered Arc Theory™ works simply to place the roller tip of the rocker on center over the valve tip at the correct times.  

With a DRE Racing performance shaft rocker arm system your roller tip is never more than .020" off the center of the valve stem.  Other rocker arm systems have as have as much as .090" travel across the valve tip.   At the greatest load point, the rocker roller tip contact is on the centerline of the valve.   At valve closing, the roller tip contact is slightly behind the valve centerline. When the valve is at full open, the tip contact is slightly behind the centerline of the valve. 

Centered Arc Theory™  increases longevity of the roller tip, valve stem tip, reduces friction and  results in horsepower gains proven through DYNO testing.
